About Leke Ademo

Hi, I am Leke Ademo.

I help people and businesses become the kind of brand others remember.

That sentence is the whole job. Most people are good at what they do. Far fewer can explain why it matters, and fewer still are remembered for it. My work sits where strategy, delivery and storytelling meet, and I have spent more than a decade at that intersection across FMCG, retail, hospitality, consulting and the non profit space.

How I got here

I studied Sociology at Lagos State University, which taught me to look at people and the systems around them before looking at a chart. I followed that with an MBA in Marketing at Ahmadu Bello University, completed in April 2026, where I learned how value is positioned and sold. Along the way I picked up the practical side of the work: business analysis, project management, digital marketing, training and creative production.

In my day job in the FMCG industry, I plan and run large sales and marketing initiatives. That work taught me the lesson I now teach anyone who will listen: a strategy that nobody carries to the finish line is just a document.

Since 2021 I have worked as a pioneer ICSS Entrepreneurship Trainer with GIZ and GOPA Worldwide Consultants, helping small business owners start well and scale with structure.

What I actually do

Three things, and they feed each other.

Life. The most useful lessons are rarely taught in a classroom. They turn up in ordinary experience, in friendships, in work that did not go to plan, in the thing you keep postponing. I write and speak about those lessons because they are the ones people actually use.

Business. I look at how businesses create value, understand their customers, communicate what they sell and grow without losing themselves. My background in marketing, business analysis and project delivery lets me take a complicated idea and turn it into something a team can act on this week.

Personal Branding. I help individuals work out what they genuinely stand for, then communicate it in a way that earns recognition, trust and opportunity. This is not about a prettier profile or posting every day. It is about understanding your value, saying it clearly, and building a reputation that opens doors.

The creative side

I write. I am the author of four books.

I released a short film, The WhatsApp Group, about friendship, adulthood and the quiet struggles people carry while life keeps moving. Punch covered it as a quiet but poignant reflection on modern connection, and Vanguard covered its release.

Credentials

BSc in Sociology, Lagos State University. MBA in Marketing, Ahmadu Bello University, completed April 2026. Professional Scrum Master, with PMI Agile fundamentals and the PMP in view.

What I believe

Everyone has something valuable to offer. Talent deserves visibility. Good ideas deserve expression. Businesses deserve to be able to explain their worth without sounding like everyone else.

I believe learning should continue, growth should be deliberate, and stories should be told with purpose.

Most of all, I believe that how people perceive your value shapes the opportunities that reach you. That is why I do this work.

If you have a brand to build, a project to deliver or a story to tell, let us talk.
